THINKING HAT

A teacher shows three very bright students 3 red hats and 2 white hats.

The students are then blindfolded and the teacher puts one hat on each of the student and remaining hats in a closed bag.

The task for the students is to identify the colour of the hat on their head by seeing the hats of other two students.

The first student removes his blindfold and is able only to see the other two students' hat.  He says he cannot say for certain the colour of his own hat.

After hearing the first student, the second student removes his blindfold and sees the other students' hats, and he too says that he cannot say for certain the colour of his own hat.

After hearing the first two students and thinking for a while, without removing his blindfold the last student says he knows the colour of his hat.

While the first two students are unable to say the colour of their own hat, how the third student is able to say for certain the colour of his own hat blindfolded.

What is the colour of his hat and Why he is able to say for sure?

Mahatma Gandhi - A Noble Soul - Nobler without a Nobel Prize

The Nobel Peace Prize 2013 Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) "for its extensive efforts to eliminate chemical weapons" - - October 11, 2113.
In this uncivilized world which invented chemical weapons, nuclear weapons and biological weapons to fight, a noble soul invented the greatest weapon to fight in the history of mankind, "Ahimsa" or "Non Violence".

When it was believed that Swords were not enough to fight, guns were invented. When guns were insufficient to fight, tanks were invented. When tanks were insufficient to fight Bombs were invented. This was the time Mahatma Gandhi invented the most powerful weapon - "Ahimsa" through which he conquered the world. He is the strongest symbol of non violence in the history of mankind. He not only preached non violence but also demonstrated it through his life and throughout his life. He inspired the world towards the path of non violence. And all those leaders who fought for freedom using non violence received the Nobel Prize, but not Mahatma Gandhi. Nelson Mandela known as Black Gandhi was given Nobel Prize for Peace but Gandhi was denied Nobel Prize for reasons known only to those who overlooked him.

Gandhi was nominated in 1937, 1938, 1939, 1947 and, finally, a few days before, he was murdered in January 1948. But why Mahatma Gandhi was never awared Nobel Prize inspite of being the symbol of Non Violence to the mankind? The reasons may be
- An adverse British reaction to an award to Gandhi which the Nobel Committee was worried of - Omission of Gandhi may be due to its Nobel Committee members' not wanting to provoke the British authorities.

Nothing against the Real Messengers of Peace, I am really happy not to see Mahatma Gandhi in the list of Nobel Laureates that has the likes of Theodore Roosevelt, Menachem Begin, and Henry Kissinger.
To me, Nobel Prize for Peace is JUST NOT FIT to be awarded to Mahatma Gandhi. To those who strongly believe Mahatma Gandhi should be awarded Nobel Prize posthusously (which is not allowed), not awarding Nobel Prize to Mahatma is a disgrace to Peace. In this world there are believer of God and non-believers of God.

For those who believe in God, Mahatma Gandhi is the greatest creation of God. For those who dont believe in invisible God, Mahatma Gandhiji is the visible God.
Mahatma Gandhiji is A NOBLE SOUL, NOBLER WITHOUT A NOBEL PRIZE.
